Preparation
Always ensure the surface to be filled is free from dirt and any contaminates that may affect adhesion.
- Ensure the surface and cracks are free from any loose material.
- Touch in nails and screwheads with an oil-based paint.
Application
Always follow the manufacturer's instructions found on the packaging.
- Work tube well between fingers before use.
- Remove the cap and cut the top from the nozzle with a sharp knife.
- Squeeze filler directly into the crack and level off with a filling knife.
- For gaps deeper than 5mm build in layers and allow it to dry between coats.
- Once dry, sand lightly with a fine grit sandpaper.
